The software is very easy to use. No graphs to read, no charts to decipher. It is 100% fully automated! The only thing you have to do is make sure the settings are right. There is help on the web page, plus you can download a "set" file and just load the settings without any manual input.

Support is top notch. Bogie Enterprises has answered all my questions and emails within the same day. He is very responsive and knowledgeable.
